Yes. Again me after a loooong time. You think this year I
will spare you from my reviews then you are wrong. I am starting it again and a
better start will be from Movie Moneyball (As Khiladi 786 & Talaash are
already written and no need to write now.)
Since from last year this movie was in my lappy and was not
touched by me because it looked boring according to me when I overviewed it but
movie proved me totally wrong.
Story: Oakland A's
general manager Billy Beane's successful attempt to put together a baseball
club on a budget by employing computer-generated analysis to acquire new
players. (Courtesy to IMDB)
Watched movie in three segments as wasn’t getting full time
but I will advice you not to do like that. Movie is based on true story and it
really made me felt sad for Oaklanders. (You will going to now only after
watching this movie)
Director Bennet
Miller has worked a lot for this movie that can be noted by seeing his efforts
in the movie. Every single frame and scene was very well crafted and worked
out. I can say all the scenes were necessary in the movie.
In acting, there is no need to say about Brad Pitt as he
always do great work (Hope you don’t want me to name his films!!). Best thing
about Brad Pitt is he lives the character of Billy Beane and we feel that its
really his story. And surprising factor was Jonah hill. I had seen him in
comedy movies or in other crap movies but he did really well in this movie.
So in conclusion I can say movie is sure watch to now from
where these calculations started in Base Ball games. Its really amazing to know
about it.
My rating – 4.4/5
(Must watch for sports lovers and true story lovers.)
